New Changes:
The city of Vitebsk has been completely redesigned. Border posts in the Vitebsk region were rebuilt.
Added Murmansk, Monchegorsk, Kandalaksha.
Full compatibility with the Volga project has been implemented (soon release).
Some cosmetic improvements.
